I just completed my 4-day fruits diet. (lega) But it's good. Really make your body light (and cleanses your intestinal wall). Here are the menu to share: Day 1 - eat as much as possible Pineapple } breakfast (make sure 2 hours gap) Papaya } lunch (make sure 2 hours gap) Pineapple } dinner Day 2 - Watermelon Day 3 - Prunes (8 oz) } breakfast Pineapple & Baked potato } lunch Green salad } dinner Day 4 - Grapes
