Aging begins at 30

It has been a while I didn’t do my so call routine exercise, cardio and weight lifting. Yesterday, my adrenaline pumping like I was running from the dog after only five minutes. I was sweating like hell and my face turn red like I was in the sauna. I can only stand for one hour. That’s too bad. I got to continue my routine and get back my stamina. Aging begins at 30 and aging can reduce your metabolism! Is this true? I think so, that’s why I have to work double harder now… What I know is exercise can wipe away the signs of aging and maintain energy. We can do exercise to reduce body fat and stimulate metabolism and also to reverse the signs of aging… Women are so concern about their age and physical appearance. I’ve spent a lot after I reached the big three. {Gym, SPA & Facial} Tiara knows and most of my close friend knows too. But, if I become a housewife, will my (future) husband willing to spend some of his money for me?

We are human being and we made mistake. But we are not supposed to do the same mistake twice, right? Whatever happened was meant to happen and I accept my destiny. I need to be strong and continue with my life. Is this what you want, slyn? Yes, a peaceful and blissful life. Full of love! I devoted myself to Allah and I believe that my future and happiness are the most important and this is what I should be searching by now. Sto

Ferrari win six-car Indianapolis race

Red one-two and a Jordan podium as Michelin withdraw The US Grand Prix began to go wrong when all of the 14 Michelin runners came into the pits at the end of the green flag lap, leaving only Michael Schumacher on ‘pole position’ from Ferrari team mate Rubens Barrichello, the two Jordans of Tiago Monteiro and Narain Karthikeyan, and the two Minardis of Christijan Albers and Patrick Friesacher in front of the shocked 130,000 crowd. I was shocked too, but it gives opportunity to Jordans and Minardis to gain some points.

Alhamdulillah...

I'm back.. 26th May 2005 Selepas selesai mandi sunat musafir, solat sunat musafir, kemudian solat zuhor, kami berangkat ke KLIA at about 2 pm. I got headache on the way to the airport. Took two painkiller but still painful. After asar, we going straight to immigration and out to the boarding hall. The flight to Dubai with stop over in Dhaka was Emirates Air 777. The headache spoilt my journey. I slept all the way and can’t even eat any meal but luckily I have two good eaters beside me, which are my sister and my cousin. So I pass everything to them. I felt a bit better after the stop over in Dhaka. At 12 midnights they served another meal and this time I’m very hungry. 27th May 2005 Arrived Dubai at 12 midnights local time and it took us two hours to get out of the airport into the bus. It was a big airport and it looks bigger then KLIA. The tour brought us to Dubai Palm Hotel. Reached hotel and had my bath before prayer. I slept after 3am but can’t really sleep. Every ½ an hour I
