Gastric..

I had this serious stomach pain almost everyday since last week, but I thought it's because of some food I took. I had to cancel my meeting with my friend last weekend, I can't really sit in the office, I had cold sweat and sometime felt like vomiting after meal. I've been delaying my appointment with Dr., due to my busy-ness and scared to know what is really happening.

Today, I had the courage to go to the clinic, accompanying me, my two nephews ... and Dr. said.. that's gastric! Your blood pressure is 120/70 and you have to continue taking the medcine for about two weeks, than you should be fine... !

Hi Slyn, regret to read you have gastric. I guess its caused also by tension, not eating well, or improper meal times.
Its painful too, I understand. Maybe you keep a packet of chocolates in your bag for whenever you hungry.

Impian Country Resort, Hulu Langat

Last weekend, 1st & 2nd September, 2007 at Impian Country Resort I joined my sister with her "Perkhemahan Motivasi 2007" for Program Integrasi Pendidikan Khas, SKTG. She's busy with all the activities, so I have to take care of her sons. At first I thought of join her jungle trekking but I can’t leave my nephews with my mom in the chalet, so I accompanying them "berendam" in the small river & waterfall. Nice place for small kids, school children, youngsters especially for motivational courses but for adults I don’t think it's a challenges place to go. Muzium Negara & Sepang Goldcoast

Last school holiday, I spent one weekend with my nephews... On Saturday, we went to National Museum. We move from the house around 10am and ended our visit about 4pm... wow... a long visit to only one place... but they had fun.. for them going out of the house, hanging and walking around and eating out is more than fun and that is what they want most other than going to the beach. At Muzium Negara The photographer gave me flower, bunga raya (hibiscus). the peace sign, everywhere... My junior photographer took this pic... quite nice huh! All of us at Muzium Orang Asli On Sunday... At first the planning was only Sepang Goldcoast, but we got one wedding invitation in Banting... So, all of us going with two cars. From Banting to Sepang Goldcoast is about 30km, so if you are coming from KL, take the KLIA road, much nearer. The kids a bit sad coz at first they thought, they will be allowed to swim and playing on the beach but when we got there it's a bit late and all the adults don’t...
