Thinking too much..

Last weekend was a very long holiday but yet I don’t have any plan to go anywhere. mmm why such things happen? When you want to go for a vacation, you have to look for a long holiday to mix it with Annual Leave, but when you have long holiday, you can’t set your mind. So when your Annual Leaves are almost finished and the year have not come to the end yet, you screaming. Last year more then 5 times I went for vacations. And this year, I’m still not planning anything yet and my brain doesn’t really work as good as last year or maybe a bit lazy to work. Or maybe the brain was busy thinking about something else. “Something else” that really bothering me. I’m a bit depressed but I hope not until I’m depending on any pills to live. I still can control my depression. Just that my migraine has becoming a regular visitor lately.

I’ve checked few websites to view few places, visit travel forums on how to travel, what to do or when to go and to name a few, those spots are Krabi, Chennai and the latest Ambon. All this is for this year vacations. I haven’t closed anything yet. I can’t think clearly. I can’t visualize any of that yet. Normally before made any arrangement for traveling, I did visualize myself doing the traveling, follow the itinerary but I can’t do it now. I can’t put everything in my head. My mind doesn’t work at all.

Due to long holiday, I just lay down on my couch with Owen. Watch TV / Astro all day. I think I’ve watched almost all the programs and some of it more then once. Owen has becoming the king of the house. He thinks he owned the house coz I allowed him to do anything he wants (only when I’m around okay). At least I can't possibly be lonely I suppose.
On Wednesday, K and I decided to try the new Borneo Rainforest Cafe at Sunway for dinner. When we enter the restaurant, the waiter shows us to the table; it was next to the pond and waterfall. I waited for almost 15 minutes to get the waiter to come back and take our orders. I ordered Laksa Sarawak and Cafe Latte. K wanted to try Nasi Kerabu and some drink, I forgot the name. So we waited for our meals to come. 10 minutes, we got our drinks. We waited again. Another 10 minutes my Laksa Sarawak came. I have to ask for the fork and spoon, coz it’s not served together. I ate slowly so that we can have our meal together. Another 15 minutes still waiting for the Nasi Kerabu. We wanted to call the waiter but he didn’t even want to look at us. It seem that he knows we have not get the meal and didn’t bother to say sorry, please wait a little bit or I’ll check with the chef or anything. They not even have many customers that night. K decided to walk to the waiter and ask him what is happening with the order. This chubby Indian guy said I’ll already inform the kitchen and donno why it’s late. We waited another 15 minutes and still nothing. I already finished my Laksa Sarawak (which was good or maybe I never tried any Laksa Sarawak in Sarawak). We decided to give them another 10 more minutes and waiting again. We stared at the waiter until he felt like running away. The time has come the end. We waited for more then 40 minutes for Nasi Kerabu. I from what we observed, not only we experience the delay, almost everybody. I saw one guy have to walk to the waiter and ask are they going to take the order or not. We go straight to the cashier to pay and one lady came to us to apologize for the delay. Her name is Ms Usha Ramachandram, the F&B Consultant. She asks us to come again and she will give us a complimentary dinner. Should we go again to see if there are any changes? II hope they sacked that waiter (the chubby Indian guy). Uhhh… I’m not that bad; I hope they trained that waiter on what hospitality is.

On Thursday, I just watched TV.
On Friday, we celebrated my (last) nephew, Arfan’s 4th Birthday at Mom’s house. Menu for the day was Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng, Rojak Buah, Cakes, Roti Jala and KFC (sponsored by me, 2 barrels KFC, Coleslaw & Potato Wedges). We invited those kids staying surround my mom’s house, those unfortunate kids (from poor family), families & friends. I didn’t buy any present for that day coz I thought he has plenty of toys and I don’t know what to buy actually, and I think what he need most is money, so that he can buy anything he want, so I give him hundred bucks, but he insisted on birthday present still. He took the money and didn’t even want to hug and kiss me. Kids!!
My last sister, Ninie was in the house that day. I haven’t seen her for more then a month. She is staying with her friends in Puchong and her reason is much easier for her to car pool with them to go to work. I think the other reason could be nobody asking anything when she go out, what time she’s coming back and I don’t want to think any further. I don’t understand a teenager, that’s why God didn’t give me any kids. I was young before, I was a teenager too but I’m not like that. Is it because my time was 80s & early 90s? I’m staying with my parents until the age of 30+ and she is not even 20. But my house is only 5 minutes away from my parents’ house and my house has becoming their weekend home. I just want them to be happy. That night I call my mom, Ninie and of my 3rd sister, Aju to sleep at my house, because tomorrow I’m away for a while. I don’t want Owen to be left home alone.

I’m spending my Saturday night at Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur. Just to pampering myself. I wore my new Sisley blouse and did small shopping at KLCC on Sunday. I had vegetarian lunch at Saravana Bhavan Restaurant (An Authentic South Indian Vegetarian Restaurant) at PJ State. Food was nice but expensive.

On Monday morning, I call my mom and sis, Aju to join me jogging at Stadium Kota Raja, Klang. I did 10 rounds (running + brisk walk). After that some stretching for ½ hr at a place call Senior Exercise something… can’t remember what that place call, it’s next to the playground. My mom doing well, she needs exercise. After the exercise, we go back home and my sister bought Roti Canai… There goes all the sweating, calorie burning and dieting.
