Something to ponder...
I’m a bit sad and depressed with my life that I’ve to gone thru lately… but that’s life! I still need to look happy, glowing and pretty if it’s not for the other half, I still have to do it for myself, right. Love your self babe!!
I have something to ponder… about women!! How to make them happy… when they happy, they will look pretty and glowing… In another word… satisfying them! Who? Your woman, who else?
Taken from health website…
Why women glow? Do men glow? I think so… they do glowing… but I only want to share this about women. (Not because she is using Glow by JLo). Some people glow when your inner connects with your outer feelings. For example, a dream comes true. You connect with someone or something in a meaningful way. As a result, you look and feel more attractive. Glowing is a response to either something that actually happens, or having the confidence that something good will happen.
Do you know that Orgasms relieve tension? What is woman Orgasm? Do I need to explain? It is the peak of sexual arousal when all the muscles that were tightened during sexual arousal relax, causing a very pleasurable feeling that may involve the whole body. During Orgasm, many women's heart rates skyrocket, their breathing quickens, and their blood pressure rates increase; muscles throughout their bodies spasm, but mostly those in the vagina, uterus, anus and pelvic floor.
Sound dangerous? It isn't. In fact, most women who have had an Orgasm will tell you that it's a pleasurable feeling.
To put it mildly, orgasms feel good. During orgasm, chemicals called endorphins are released into one’s spinal fluid. They cause pleasant sensations to ripple through the body, but they also make many women feel happy, pleasure, calming effect, giddy, flushed, warm, or sleepy.
The Endorphin Mystery
Many researchers believe that strenuous exercise releases endorphins into the blood stream. Others agree that endorphins are released during orgasm, as well as during laughter. Endorphins are a group of substances formed within the body that naturally relieve pain. They have a similar chemical structure to morphine. In addition to their analgesic affect, endorphins are thought to be involved in controlling the body's response to stress, regulating contractions of the intestinal wall, and determining mood. They may also regulate the release of hormones from the pituitary gland, notably growth hormone and the gonadotropin hormones. It also seems that endorphin stimulation may occur with frequent sex and masturbation. These are the belief of many researchers, we are just providing you with the information, and you decide if you want to impress the biology class with this knowledge... or whatever.
There is no evidence that too much sex (or exercise or laughter, for that matter) and consequential elevated levels of endorphins have any kind of endorphin depletion effect -- that is depletion of bodily endorphins, which could lead to depression. It is believed that endorphins are recycled by the body as are other brain chemicals. There currently is research being done to evaluate the full range of endorphins' functions in the body, especially how they relate to the prevention of illness and their beneficial affects in cancer and depressed patients. This is not a known fact at this time, but speculation by the medical community and a response to a reader's question.
