Family Vacation... Jakarta

Holiday with my family to Jakarta, me, mom, sis (ninie) & aunt.. We were staying in Mercure Apartment in Slipi.. (a walking distance to Ciputra Mall). We arrived in Bandara Soekarno Hatta after 4pm. First day was just for relaxing.. Second day, we went to various places in Jakarta, Batavia, Tanjung Priuk, Ancol then to Taman Mini Indonesia Indah. Third day is for shopping! Lots of shopping complexes in Jakarta including Senayan, Taman Anggerik Mall, Ciputra Mall, Sarinah, Block M & ITC in Mangga Dua, Pasar Tanah Abang, Plaza Indonesia, and more... Second night, me, ninie & my friend Kay went to Planet Hollywood to watch football. I was suppose to meet my friends in Jakarta but unfortunately my phone/the line doesn't work well that night and they can't call me, no communication, they ended up dinner at some other place. Mbak Fira & friends, Mbak Happy.. sorry ya, maybe some other time, InsyaAllah.

Last weekend, 1st & 2nd September, 2007 at Impian Country Resort I joined my sister with her "Perkhemahan Motivasi 2007" for Program Integrasi Pendidikan Khas, SKTG. She's busy with all the activities, so I have to take care of her sons. At first I thought of join her jungle trekking but I can’t leave my nephews with my mom in the chalet, so I accompanying them "berendam" in the small river & waterfall. Nice place for small kids, school children, youngsters especially for motivational courses but for adults I don’t think it's a challenges place to go. Cholesterol: What it is and what it does… Cholesterol is a steroid manufactured by the liver. It is used by the body to synthesize various hormones including sex hormones (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone) and adrenal hormones (cortisol, aldosterone, dehydroepiandosterone.)
