Massage therapy has been gaining in popularity each year and widely known. Since I will be indulging myself a Paradise Treat, this coming weekend, I would love to share it today...

While some people think having massages are a luxury, when massages first became popular, massage was only for healing ability for certain physical conditions. Many illnesses and symptoms can be alleviated temporarily through certain forms of massage. Stress, PMS, menstruation and menopause symptoms can be helped with massages.

There are many style of massage namely a few, Aromatherapy massage, Shiatsu Massage, Back/Neck Massage and Foot Reflexology.

When you should get a massage?
When you want to either, maintain a good health, relieve stress, pamper yourself, or soothe tired and achy muscles. If you sit at a desk all day and your back seems to be getting sore more often, a good massage therapist can help....
