Dear Sir/Madam,
I’ve asked my friend to pick up my “LifePak” on behalf on the 26th February 2005 at 3:30pm as usual as I was busy with my daily work and was outstation. Rudely enough, the staff in the collections centre refused to hand over the items despites showing my card claiming that my friend need an Authorization Letter from me to collect the items on behalf. Since when this came into practice and why this exercise was not informed to the customers? The staff also failed to show any proof in writing on the directive from the management. Due to this valuable time and resources was wasted as my friend traveled all the way from Klang just to help me to collect the items on behalf.
What is going on? Since when this practice came into picture and why we, the customers was not informed. This action is totally uncalled for and Nu-skin should act in more professional manner and please do respect other people's time.
Regards.from me
