What a lousy booking system, Go Holiday! I was supposed to make five (5) rooms booking, but unfortunately AirAsia Go Holiday system only allows two (2) rooms booking at one time. I made the booking for first two (2) rooms than continue with another one more room. When I wanted to book the balance two (2) rooms, the hotel name I booked earlier has no longer available... I'm panicked! (macam beruk kepanasan, but trying to act cool) Flight for all passengers already been made and I cannot book the two rooms. I’d contacted the hotel directly trying my luck to get the room, but rooms not available... I thought AirAsia can help me to change the hotel booked into another hotel which available for all 5 rooms, but they just said, sorry, you cannot change your booking. That's it? It's your system didn't allow me to make all 5 rooms booking at one time and now I guess it's my fault to use Go Holiday! Normally I will survey the internet for better room rate, it's just t
